Briana Rose is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of South Florida where she graduated summa cum laude. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at South University Tampa and graduated with high honors. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked on a med-surg floor at UF Shands Hospital, caring for a broad spectrum of patients.
Briana grew up on the east coast of Florida near Cocoa Beach and moved to Tampa after high school. Her hobbies include being on the boat with her family, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pup.
Lindsey Cornwell is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in the state of Florida and California. Lindsey graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Massachusetts in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been working as a Neurosurgical PA since 2015.
Before becoming a PA, Lindsey worked at the University of California in Irvine doing Alzheimer’s disease research and obtained a Master’s of Science in Gerontology at San Diego State University. She has also attended Harvard University for her pre-medical sciences diploma and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
Lindsey moved from California to the Tampa area in 2019 and joined NeuSpine in March of 2019. She moved here with her husband, as well as their two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she loves to travel, snowboard, wakeboard, and loves going to concerts.
Olga Barcelo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who obtained her degree in 2016 from South University. Olga has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years in the areas of emergency medicine and pain management. Her passion for spine health and chronic pain brought her to join the Neuspine Institute where she has a strong desire to help patients return to their optimal well-being and maximize their quality of life.
Olga is originally from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English. Her favorite hobbies are spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and outdoor sports.
Andrea Barnett is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and graduated from the University of South Florida with her MSN in 2019. She joined NeuSpine in early 2020.
Andrea has been specializing in Neurology, including Neurological Surgery, since 2015. She previously practiced as a registered nurse and assistant manager at a level 1 trauma center, where she cared for complex patients and assisted in integrating patient-centered rounding facility-wide.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her fiancé as well as their two dogs. Her hobbies including traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants around the Tampa Bay area.
Dana Rodriguez is a board-certified family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of South Florida with her MSN in Spring of 2020. She joined the NeuSpine team in September 2020.
Dana previously practiced as a registered nurse and has been in the healthcare field for over 12 years. She has experience in the areas of progressive and intensive care, as well as ambulatory surgery. Dana has been specializing in spine surgery since 2015.
In her free time, she loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer is a Nurse Practitioner who graduated South University in 2016. She was previously a Registered Nurse in a Neuro ICU for 8 years. After becoming a ARNP, she worked in neurosurgery with Dr. Ahmadian for 2 years before joining the NeuSpine team in 2018.
Jennifer Loeper is a Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate from Frontier Nursing University. She joined Neuspine Institute in September 2020. Jennifer has over 20 years of clinical experience in healthcare and is adjunct faculty at Pasco Hernando State College. She is certified in advanced injection treatments and trigger point injections, all of which aid in treating patients who suffer from musculoskeletal conditions.
Grant Neeley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences at Chamberlain College of Nursing with honors. Prior to becoming an FNP, Grant worked as a RN for 8 years in a variety of nursing specialties within the inpatient bedside setting.
Grant is originally from Ohio and has served with the United States Marine Corps. He has also lived in California and Arizona and is now enjoying the sunny weather of Florida. He enjoys fishing and the outdoors. He also enjoys cooking meals and spending time with his wife who also works in the medical field as a respiratory therapist.
Palestine Yacoub is a first-generation college graduate and a native of Florida. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. She then went on to work as an Emergency Department and Trauma Intensive Care Unit Nurse at Lakeland Regional Health. While she worked, she attended the University of South Florida and graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Palestine joined NeuSpine Institute in June 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
