Briana Rose is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of South Florida where she graduated summa cum laude. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at South University Tampa and graduated with high honors. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked on a med-surg floor at UF Shands Hospital, caring for a broad spectrum of patients.

Briana grew up on the east coast of Florida near Cocoa Beach and moved to Tampa after high school. Her hobbies include being on the boat with her family, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband and pup.

Andrea Barnett, APRN
Andrea Barnett, APRN

Andrea Barnett is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and graduated from the University of South Florida with her MSN in 2019. She joined NeuSpine in early 2020.

Andrea has been specializing in Neurology, including Neurological Surgery, since 2015. She previously practiced as a registered nurse and assistant manager at a level 1 trauma center, where she cared for complex patients and assisted in integrating patient-centered rounding facility-wide.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her fiancé as well as their two dogs. Her hobbies including traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants around the Tampa Bay area.

Jennifer Loeper, APRN
Jennifer Loeper, APRN

Jennifer Loeper is a Family Nurse Practitioner with her Doctorate from Frontier Nursing University.  She joined Neuspine Institute in September 2020.  Jennifer has over 20 years of clinical experience in healthcare and is adjunct faculty at Pasco Hernando State College. She is certified in advanced injection treatments and trigger point injections, all of which aid in treating patients who suffer from musculoskeletal conditions.

Jennifer is a provider of compassionate, empathetic care ensuring her patients achieve their highest level of functionality and health. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Tripp Prevatt, APRN
Tripp Prevatt, APRN

James “Tripp” Prevatt is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in December 2023. He joined Neuspine in May 2023.

Before transitioning to his current role as a provider, Tripp worked for four years as a registered nurse at Moffitt Cancer Center’s neurosurgical unit, gaining extensive experience in neurosurgery and other surgical specialties, including head and neck, sarcoma, and genitourinary.

Outside of work, Tripp enjoys staying active with workouts, spending time with his wife, and caring for their three dogs, two cats, and one leopard gecko. When he can, he tries to catch as much soccer as possible.

AnaMaria Ramsey, PA-C
AnaMaria Ramsey, PA-C

AnaMaria joined NeuSpine Institute in April 2025. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 2021. Following her undergraduate studies, she gained valuable clinical experience as a medical scribe in neurology before pursuing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University.

During her PA training, she completed an elective rotation in neurosurgery at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, where she discovered her passion for neurosurgery and committed to pursuing a career in the specialty.

Outside of her professional work, AnaMaria enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She also loves attending workout classes, staying active, and relaxing at the beach.

Kayla Ezell, PA-C
Kayla Ezell, PA-C

Kayla Ezell is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong academic foundation and a passion for patient care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating with distinction. During her undergraduate studies, she also completed a Certificate in Neurosciences and Behavior and a minor in Spanish.

Kayla went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa, graduating with high honors. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading and playing soccer.

Sara Clinton, APRN
Sara Clinton, APRN

Sara Clinton, APRN, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and dedicated neurosurgical nurse practitioner with a strong background in critical care, hospice, and advanced practice nursing. She began her nursing journey at Pasco-Hernando State College, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Chamberlain University, where she refined her expertise as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

Her professional career started in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Lakeland Regional Health, where she served on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic. After her time in critical care, she transitioned into hospice nursing, providing compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and families. These experiences shaped her holistic, patient-centered approach to care.

Outside of her professional role, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, cherishing family life and creating lasting memories together.

Jenny Stinfil, PA-C
Jenny Stinfil, PA-C

Jenny Stinfil, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, and later earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University.

Before PA school, Jenny worked in a variety of specialties—including movement disorders, pediatrics, and geriatrics—gaining diverse clinical experience that informs her well-rounded approach to patient care.

Outside of her professional role, Jenny enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
